We accept paypal and credit card (Visa, Mastercard) payments. Once your order is placed it will be processed within 3 working days.

We do not accept returns unless there has been a mistake on our side.

1.3 Refunds

Refunds may take up to 5 working days to reach your account, depending on your payment method. Payments will be refunded to the original payment method excluding the cost of shipping.

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs or any duties or taxes incurred.

All orders will be shipped with tracking number and are covered by insurance. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Please note that Side by Side is not liable for your package once the order has been shipped. Please keep track of your order and get in touch directly with the carrier if problems occur.

Please note there may occur customs charges when ordering from outside the EU. Side by Side is not responsible for these charges. We recommend you to check the customs law of your country before placing an order.

3.1 Best fit

Due to variations in sizing throughout different brands and decades, we provide additional measurements next to the indicated size. Please note that our recommended sizes may vary from the indicated size. Recommendations are based on years of experience. If you are not sure about the fit of a piece we are more than happy to assist.

Measurements are taken while garments are lying flat and are given in centimetre. Shoes are listed in EU sizes.

Please read the measurements carefully. the best way to see if something will fit you is by comparing the measurements to something similarly shaped that you already own.

Some items are dry cleaned or washed before sale. But we always recommend our customers wash or dry clean items before wear.

all of our items are chosen with utmost care as regards their authenticity and condition. we rate the condition of a piece based on a scale of 1 to 10 where 10 stands for faultless.

please note that due to the nature of vintage some items might come with minor flaws. we hope you celebrate the history these garments carry.
